“Rito”, being Shangaan / Xitsonga for “voice”, encapsulates Rito’ vision: to give clients the tools and content to speak to their stakeholders (and vice-versa), thereby co-creating a holistic level of understanding that leads to mutually beneficial collaborations. The company does this through its unique modus operandi: developing real-value partnerships with clients - intimate relationships so as to understand their visions - and immersing itself in the clients’ environments (internal and external) in order gain full understanding of their ethos, products, services, sector / market trends, stakeholders and values.
Rito was formed in 2006 by Bertha Dlamini, an astute marketing and communications specialist with over ten years’ marketing communications experience at various agencies and organisations, who has been nominated for a number of prestigious awards.
Since then the company has grown steadily and is entering the new decade working with some of the country’s largest blue chip corporation and public (State-owned) enterprise accounts in various sectors, including engineering, telecommunications, entertainment, banking and micro finance, regulators, real estate, bargaining councils and education and training authorities.
