A project coordinator to join a dynamic team of Integrated Marketing Communications Specialists

• Supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with project and client stakeholders
• Coordinating project status reports, action reports, and task schedules
• Executing project management administrative tasks
• Preparing and managing project management documents
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings, documenting and generating reports
• Supporting project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks
• Fostering cross-team collaboration
• Monitoring project task progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
• Managing project management documents such as: status reports, task delivery reports, and action reports, as directed by the project manager
• Supporting team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communication sciences, marketing, public relations or a related field
• Project management certifications
• Working knowledge of project management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
